Prior to any work being carried out for a new customers the new customer form must be completed and returned to Electronic Innovations. You can get a copy of our new customer form by contacting us via any of the listed methods.

Dear Customer
Thankyou for your enquiry. We look forward to a long term association. Electronic Innovations provides service for emergency breakdowns, maintenance and repairs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
We think it is important at this time to acquaint you with our service rates, charges, terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- On site and in the workshop the engineer/technician performing the work will complete a service sheet, which gives a description of work performed, problem/s found and parts used. This is then signed by the engineer/technician and the person they are dealing with on site.
- Quoting for onsite repair is not possible.
- We are able to give a budget estimate for workshop repair. We will give a ceiling figure, e.g. 1-2 hours for us to have a look at the equipment and then give a budget estimate for repair. The time spent on the budget estimate is payable whether or not the job goes ahead.
- New customers are accepted on a Cash Only basis unless prior arrangements are made When a credit history has been created after several jobs a credit application is available upon request. An official order with Australian Business Number is requested prior to work being performed.
Service Rates
- $85/hour, 8am to 4:30pm
- 4:30pm to 7:30pm, time and a half
- After this time the rates are double time until the completion of the job.
- Sundays and public holidays are at double time.
These rates are for continuous hours labour, including the time to travel to and from the job from our Workshop in Alderley. There is also a flat rate charge of $13 per round trip within the metropolitan area, or 50c/km outside this. Parts are charged at cost plus a mark up. The quoted rates do not include GST and this must be added to all invoices.
If you would like a service call please contact us to obtain a copy of this document and complete the appropriate areas at the bottom of the form. Please fax this form and an official order to 3356 5078. It would also be helpful if any circuit diagrams and manuals relating to the equipment be made available.
Lastly we do understand the pressure production down time puts on any company and we endeavour to get you up and going as quickly and efficiently as possible.
