Design and Manufacturing
Some faults end at the bench. Others need a new board, a cleaner interface, or a control that didn’t exist when the machine was built. We design and manufacture electronic assemblies for industrial customers — and for our own diagnostic work — so production isn’t stuck waiting on an obsolete part.

When custom work makes sense
Obsolete boards — OEM replacements gone, or priced beyond repair value
Repeated failures — the original design keeps failing the same way
Safety / clarity — a redesign that is easier to service or safer to operate
Missing function — a machine needs an interface, logger, or control that was never supplied
Diagnostics — tools we build so we can dig deeper into customer plant and equipment
If the job starts as a workshop repair and the board can’t be saved, redesign is often the next step.
How a design job runs
Start from the failed original — document the circuit, connections and mechanical envelope
Redesign — drop-in replacement where we can; a new control when the process needs it
Build — boards and assemblies made in the workshop, in ones or in small batches
Prove — test and calibrate here so onsite setup stays short and safe
Install / hand over — fit on the plant, or send ready to fit, with a clear note of what changed
Plant-floor commissioning of a new control sits with Onsite Breakdown. Ongoing board and drive repair stays on Electronic Repair.
