Electronic Repair

Component-level repair of drives, PCBs and industrial controls. We find the fault, repair the board and prove it before it goes back into the machine. Onsite or workshop repairs are available.

Design and Manufacturing

When the OEM part is obsolete, or the machine needs a control that was never supplied, we design and build the replacement in the workshop. Custom electronics for the customers exact requirements.

Onsite Breakdown

Plant-floor fault finding when the line is down and the equipment cannot come to us. Drives, boards, sensors and control cabinets for any sort of industrial machine or equipment.

Recent Work

Perforator control for a printing line

We designed and commissioned the control that lifts and lowers the perforating wheels on a moving web. Proven in production at 100 metres a minute.

Egg incubator control board remake

The original temperature-control boards were no longer available. We reverse-engineered them and built drop-in replacements, calibrated in the workshop before they went back.

Ryobi ink key repairs

Ink keys on a Ryobi press looked jammed. The mechanism was still moving — the fault was in the key electronics, and the press metered ink again after the repair.

Danfoss 160 kW drive repair

A blown fuse on a 160 kW Danfoss AquaDrive was a failed power stage. We repaired the power card at component level and returned the drive to service.
